Bad, dumb, inference. Everyone knows that the world is not flat, the sconce supports that it is not flat .So no one can reasonably infer that Twitter believes the world is flat.
No reasonable, well educated and clear thinking person can anyway.
The misinformation and junk science promoted by the sites you mentioned are NOT corroborated, not peer reviewed, so Twitter is within it's rights to point that out and to ban them.
Twitter is NOT the government so no violation of the First Amendment either. Those sites are still free to compete in the marketplace of ideas, and to get their asses kicked by sound science. Which they have.

Twitter thinks the world is flat. They banned Natural News and their anti vaccine posts that puts up science that is anti vaccine. Twitter banned them calling theirs "Bad Science". Yet, the Flat Earth Society is still allowed on Twitter, so that must mean Twitter thinks the world as flat is good science?
