The fact that you found the recommend dose escalation information easily (at least relatively easily) begs the question as to why was the original protocol was not submitted as such and why was the IND delayed so long?......sorry, I'm not meaning to downplay your research, but point out that it can be somewhat easily found and I thank you for sharing this data.

I'm sure there is more to it than just this, but the lawsuit makes it sound like NP didn't care about the protocol and the safety impacts to patients. Leronlimab has been proven extremely safe in over 800 patients, so most of the safety concerns are from combining leronlimab with regorafenib or regorafenib alone.
