Another interesting piece to this is the 2 July PI interview where NP takes responsibility of the TNBC delay and says that he talked to Dr. Cristofanilli yesterday (1 July) and that he is going to ask other doctors involved and have something new to tell shareholders. On the surface of RPs lawsuit it appears the Northwestern contract needing signed was NP or the company delaying it, but I'll bet there is more to the story than what has been presented thus far......less than a week later (8 July) the contract is signed with Northwestern......seems like another odd coincidence tied to the Northwestern contract doesn't it?
