Patents! It clearly states in multiple databases in the US and worldwide that its patented by IPIX. What stops anyone from reproducing anything? China does it everyday, all day.
The suppliers are supposed to only sell after proof of who and why you are purchasing. You must need to provide proof that you have the authority to research. These are reagents so you can even find items like Keytruda on these sites for purchase as well.
I truly don't know what this all means but I do know I haven't seen Kevetrin for sale previously!
