RP informed Cydy on july 22nd that he intended to resign if Cydy did not cure the conditions in full such that the Good Reason for his resignation no longer existed. (exhibit C. court filing)

Cydy responded by terminating the employment agreement for cause on july 25th. (exhibit D. court filing)
