SFOR is early into the SCOTUS process. The other party only just filed their initial response brief.

Here is another case with multiple steps taking a lot of time. For example Berkheimer, which has been waiting for a brief from the US Solicitor General since January 2019. FYI it's the case that SFOR wants the SCOTUS to hear and use in the SFOR case.

FWIW I prefer to not focus on the courts, but to look at the huge Q1 & Q2 jumps in revenue as well as focus on the revenue guidance the CEO gave in late June through year end. Revenue growth is already happening and is positive, whereas the court stuff timelines are ambiguous and the outcomes unknown.
