Trding - just a personal question. Does the wording of the RPs legal filings not cause you any suspicion or doubt. There are lots of serious acquisitions in there that could be supported with documentation if they are true.
RPs reputation is extremely well known from a long career. The BOD was basically split in there vote. This is clearly not a case where RP was pulling a con on the company, he’s proven to be fully committed to this company. It’s just all very strange.
