Blaming disillusioned shareholders that have lost money or imaginary third party enemies for the Company's financial plight is horsecrap. If you have been involved in M&A and corporate fundraising you should have little trouble getting funding considering your boasts of new products that scare the Big 3 and are a perfect fit for Platinum. Further, you claim the Company is about to win a boatload of money through an appellate reversing the summary judgment of what you and your leader claim to be an idiot judge.

You blame everyone and everything for the Company's plight except where the real blame belongs. You, and your boss should spend less time crying and whining like middle schoolers and more time on getting it done.
