Yes the CSE requires a company to have a minimum of 150 shareholders. No way on earth does Euromed therapeutics, a company with just 48 million new shares, have that many shareholders and I certainly do not see an IPO being advertised. As I brought up in a post yesterday the CEO, CFO and other directors have ZERO pharmaceutical experience. Only one director has a company with well over 150 shareholders and the pharmaceutical knowhow to get this company moving in the right direction. IMO we are at the right place at the right time and we are very close to news as Euromed is mere weeks if not days away from launching!
