Agree with all. The way I see it, is:
Nader, is thinking to submit the BLA and get the approval, before any licensing. That's why he was asking investors wait 3.5 months, with the delays by end of year, IMO, to get the real current price.
Nader, is thinking to do the test internally, and outsourcing marketing and sale of the product, as he think that the test alone will be required for all pipelines, and he doesn't want to let it go cheap.
Bottom line, he will do his best, to maximize, sharesholder's value. We just need to hang and not sell a share, or it is our loss.
