However we also know that we can buy shares up until Oct 29th and get the dividend from the seller too. Some may not rush in to buy shares now and wait until nearer the payable date. However, if/when we get a Nasdaq uplist, it may cost more to then get those shares.
I bought 2000 today at $2.01. I have some additional buy orders in at decreasing levels in case we get a momentary spike down. However I still have more cash to buy nearer the close if need be.
