I'm wondering if he is making a presentation on that date, if he knows a bit on when an announcement by NASDAQ will be coming and that it will be a bit after that date. This is speculative, but for that to come out with information that he will be giving information about the upcoming listing, seems to imply that there is some type of knowledge there that it won't be at least until the conference.
