I'm still going back and forth with support to get answers but I did get my first weekly email report. It does show my multiple tampers and an interupted drive which would be when I removed the device and reinstalled it.

While there is not an immediate alert, it does look like it notices when the device has been removed and records it in a weekly report.

Will report back as I learn more.
