Update: "8/15/2019 SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
We submitted new OTCIQ applications and forms to OTC Markets, as well as filed with all appropriate agencies and Wyoming for officer and directors filings. We hope that OTC Markets will expedite and approve the application. We had no issues with other companies, so we hope for the best. We will keep updating as soon as new information becomes available.
