totally agree, i think it would be different if RP was saying CYDY mis-represented things and was trying to undo/invalidate the sale along with clearing his name in the lawsuit.

There was already serious tension at the shareholders meeting as this is when I was walking in the hallway and witnessed NP ripping RP a new one and I caught the snip-it of NP being upset because RP was not sharing "data".
