Here's my question..
Mr. Kay -- In 2016 you stated that due to the Microsoft settlement all debt had been paid off and Strikeforce had money to sustain and grow for the next few years. What happened that you needed to take on more debt and also increase the outstanding shares and dilute the market even more?
