Trump could send Steve to jail for all this delay
Good morning to all.
I had hoped that the sister was wrong but it is looking more and more like she is right. She said that Steve has no reason to talk or negotiate and would hold out to the bitter end. I had hoped that she was wrong but after last PR by Steve. It looks like she is right. I should of given her words more weight. She has always run a business, even when we were kids.
Okay, how can Trump send Steve to jail? I would like to remind everyone on the board that Steve is facing long standing federal fraud charges. Yes, Fraud. He took 300K for work IBC never did. Remember 69 found it about two or three years ago. It is the reason the JV never was finished. Ucore pay IBC 1.9 million but never paid the last million becuase the 300K was never paid back to the US government. 69 also found that Steve had not paid IBC property tax to the state of Utah.
If Trump or one of the senators wanted to push these charges along all it would take would be a phone call to US Attorney. Or a call to the governor of the state of Utah. Utah take IBC from Steve and sell it to Ucore.
The only reason that this has not happen is Ucore is Canadian and nice. Wanting to play by all the rules. If the rare earth embargo to the US happens. Steve, expect a tap on the shoulder from Federal agents.
We know that the senate and pentagon know about MRT. Knowing the military like I do. They would not settle for the second best tech. They would want MRT and Trump is looking for a Rare Earth supply chain in the US to bring back US companies that he thinks are being held in China.
HasTrump been told about MRT? Maybe, maybe not. Would love to know that one. If he knew would he tweet about it? Most likely he would.
