The company is indeed on it's way PPS at .02 is certainly a bargain
I think at .10 the PPS is a bargain. No one has this kind of technology
Sharing in the 2019 TIPS innovation of the year allows PCTL to be seen at all the HITS conferences for the year. This gives greater exposure for the company technology.
The next few weeks are going to give us a lot of unanswered information.
