Galera is no competition for Brilacidin-OM. Among other things it is incredibly inconvenient and involves some pain for the patient because of the IV, has the possibility of systemic effects leading to drug interactions, and will cost a lot more than Brilacidin-OM because of the cost of IV treatments. And that's assuming Galera's stuff works as well as Bril-OM, which is by no means certain.
