Ontario agrees to pay .04 cents per share now and .08 cents per share thereafter and PCT doesn't think it is enough when it is coupled with an overall funding offer of 5 million for 51% of the company??? What do they know that we don't??? Why are they BOTH doing more Due Diligence on each other if PCT is so desperate. Big time announcements are imminent. We need the
10 Q first and then the PR's will give us the kaboom we're looking for.
We're on the cusp of a special investment opportunity and we need solid DD.
