What I know is AGP said, "Sound Concepts did not have an optimal pricing strategy, in our opinion."
That is how it is early on. You every see vendors on Amazon give away products to get the word out there and gain momentum? I've been of customer of so many SaaS providers "early on" and seen them raise their prices "later on". As a company matures and provides additional features, it was worth it.
