Sad thing that you and the other moron harping on this subject are so badly misinformed. Universal background checks AND UNIFORM gun laws would improve the situation in a lot of cities.
And Chicago allows legal gun ownership as much as any other city.
That's NOT the problem.
So because so many fucking hillbillies need guns to settle their feuds and shoot to put food on the table we've got to put up with a flood of illegal weapons?
