The Tristar aircraft held in "flyable storage" at Bruntingthorpe, UK were brought completely up to date on maintenance at the time of purchase in March 2018 - with costs borne by the seller.
The seller also undertook to pay all the costs of maintenance for a further 90 days.
In the event, all the necessary work to obtain FAA airworthiness certificates was completed by April 3, 2018.
