Why didn’t Dr Pestell just sit and wait until oct 23? This is the deadline for cytodyn to take back the shares. I wonder if cytodyn got pressure by share holders to take the shares back and Pestell got worried, hence the lawsuit? I think everything will eventually become clear once we know what triggered the firing. Everything in Pestell’s claims will be a reflection of his actions that caused the firing. I hope The board and Nader have a pr plan to get in front of this, any new investor is going to see this as a big red flag.
