Israeli company Eurocann Agritech Ltd merged with Rewardstream. The name Rewardstream NA was sold to Buyapowa for $150,000 Canadian dollars. The new entity of Euromed Therapeutics will list on the CSE sometime this September as per CEO Patrick Morris who has conveyed this information to several longs on this board.
