I’m not going to pretend this lawsuit is a good thing, but I expected one, so personally I am very relieved to see that RP is only trying to change the ‘for cause’ termination to save his reputation and the financial benefits that would come from his resignation. That tells me they likely had a good cause and he isn’t denying that, but upset that they didn’t give him an option to resign. It gives me more faith that the BOD has us shareholders best interest in mind and willing to make those tough decisions on our behalf. The weak hands on the board....the ones that voted to keep an employee for the sake of his name vs doing right by the shareholders are gone.

Also glad to get the curtains peeled back a little even if only one side of the story so far. I would be worried if RP was going after more than his reputation and resignation benefits.
