Good point; I agree. RP is treading a fine line. He does maintain his online reputation, I've seen it first hand and for example his own his wiki page probably from him. Having 22M shares, a 7c drop equals would be a bigger loss than the gain from the lawsuit. So this is just enough to question the firing but not enough to damage his stock.
