Not much known publicly, several Atlanta connections with cydy though, maybe related.
From the S3s though, he held his shares, i.e. it is fairly easy to see who sold some shares and kept warrant. In the past, you can see selling on l2 from people switching out old shares with new shares + 1/2 warrant for TO. If the company every needs to do another TO, they should give the people that held like Espy first priority in my opinion. .
