Ontario Inc. was just formed recently for this transaction so it has no history.

On July 12, 2019, the Registrant entered into a binding letter of intent (the “LOI”) with 2705908 Ontario Inc. (“Ontario”), a recently incorporated Canadian company.

Doubt it will fall through because 2705908 Ontario Inc. Was formed on 7/12/19 same date as the 8k was written. In other words 2705908 Ontario Inc. was specifically formed for this deal imo. No reason it should not go through.
