Not quite sure am I what some are talking about here. I do not exactly see much pumping going on lately in RFMK. IMO the longs are still holding and waiting patiently for good news from the company, eventually, at some point, hopefully ... SOON.
What I do see a lot of on various boards, including this one is what seems a concerted effort by some to post constant negativity and attacks directed toward the management and the same tired bashing points again and again. Yes, we get it, some are of the opinion that RFMK is a share selling scam with no product, no sales, just hot air and packaging full of toilet paper. Yes, we get it, some are of the opinion that RFMK will go to no bid and/or delisted after the SEC steps in and shuts down the alleged scam, some think the money to be made is surely in the other MMJ stocks and not RFMK and the only way to possibly profit from RFMK is to flip and play the pump and dump. Of course, all of those making such points, predictably, always are so adamant that they hope they are wrong though.
Personally I do not see why the discussions cannot surround open, fair, balanced and honest talking points about RFMK's potential, real positives and negatives, the industry, the stock, technicals, fundamentals, etc. It seems like either we are all subject to 24/7 bashing of frustrated flippers or haters or just naysayers chuckling from the sidelines; its all useless and does not further any real discussion about the company or the stock. In an effort to not become another iScum here, I continue to allow open debate, though as I have always said, this board does not exist as a sounding board for bashers/haters to vent, manipulate and spin their usual spew. Insinuations or suggestive comments alluding to the opinion that company principles are scamsters or the company is just a front for dilution scam will be deleted.
As for the T-trades, there are a host of reasons why MMs and brokers post certain trades after normal hours. They occurred during the normal session because PK stocks cannot trade after hours. They mean nothing, just consider them, once delivered to the consolidated tape to be just another trade in the usual tape for the day. I really do not understand this talk about certain trades being either a buy or a sell. Huh? A trade is a trade, there is always a buyer and a seller, unless of course, some market player is shuffling shares under one account or between accounts under the same roof which would mean even less. Sure, we can talk about whether certain trades were executed on the bid or the ask, but even that does not matter much when taken into the context of the overall session which only saw a percentage move of one tick on less than 2% of the total shares. The stock gyrations really have absolutely NOTHING to do with the company or managements accomplishments or lack thereof. Though if anyone would like to ponder the technicalities of the trading session and discuss the reasoning behind the moves we are seeing, feel free to begin with what could be going on with a tape like today wherein 70% of the shares were short sales yet the stock closed up on the day. Hmmmm? THOUGHTS?
