In this interview Nader talks about looking into the delays that was june 18th two weeks later Pestell is being locked out of the business. I personally believe Nader uncovered something that Pestell was upto hence the emphasis to not contact shareholders. If I was Pestell I would have just let it go now his 8 million shares are at risk in a counter suit and he might be the one having to cover all the lawyer fees. That is if the company fires back which I am guessing they will. My hunch is Nader found something and the company is ready for this.
