That's what I understood too. Asking for 2 years salary, plus some minor liability to be transferred to Cytodyn.
At the very end, there is an indication of RP being:
- A shareholder, and having the right. My guess, his votes. And he care about the share price
- Director. My guess, taking back his seat.
- CMO. My guess, side noise, and just for the sake of being there. He is asking for severance.
