Decided after MSFT settlement and doing DD to find out why they settled as well as DD from that point on. Realizing that they had made a commitment to fight for the patents (knowing it would be out of their control but that they hired two of the best firms in country). Also that they decided on channel partners instead of taking on the added cost to build an internal sales force led me to where I am now...looking ahead
