They have been hidden bid fills within the spread - including 10K at .1769 and 5K at .1760 - and topping up of bids when whacked and artificially low asks below prices already taken out to attempt to get people to trade on the bid (which is succeeding).
Whoever takes control of a large portion of the low float controls the action by restricting the release of shares available to buy during rapid moves to the upside.
Its going to get exciting at the .2000+ break in the .2000 > .6000 range - particularly when those funds in the 80K bid at .1700 hit the ask.
