This has happened in the past Roger being given a date by RBSM and it coming to reality. This would be the only explanation of why he said a comprehensive review this week which he stated last week.
I agree 19 should be out on time. I also think there is plenty he did not share because he knew the audit was not going to be out this week.
He did the best he could and I applaud him for that.
