It was mentioned in the S1 last year they were getting out of the lower margin business. They explained how revenue was shifting.
Someone can dig up the line in there. It's decent revenue but not worth the trouble when you have a tiger by the tail on the digital side.
As for what Rory should do?
We heard it all.
He should give us updates everyday
He shouldn't shift gears to high revenue generating priorities like most companies and respond to market variables.
He should PR every customer that gets added even if that customer doesn't allow it which many don't
He should PR the AGP report which would be a first for a company to PR an analyst report and BWers would be all over how self serving that is
He should announce all the institutions that invested in VERB even though many wouldn't allow it, even for Apple, Microsoft, etc.
The list of what Rory should do goes on and on
One thing he shouldn't do is listen to BWers and continue to listen to the Board, Advisers and the Customers
