I was wondering why they haven't released one of the secondary outcomes for GS-6207 "Percentage of Participants Ever Achieving HIV-1 RNA < 50 copies/mL by Day 10".
Looking at the average baseline viral load 30,000 c/mL and the average percentage reduction at 450 mg the mean at 10 days would be 210 c/mL.
After 10 days we won't know because all patients were switched over to other regimens. A longer Phase 2 trial should let us know.
