The legal question will take place in their own time and IMO are completely out of our control as investors.
As to dilution it will stop when revenues can sustain operational cost which i believe will be by the 4Q
SP moves when more investors realize that Q over Q are growing and the announcements from the channel partners are PR
Positioning is everything in trading?investing and as Grow stated a few days back the ship(company) is pointed in the right direction
