Everybody agrees that distracted driving is costing lives and hundreds of $Millions. Everybody agrees that there needs to be a solution ASAP.
An Insurance Company could "step up" SOON. A car manufacturer will take longer to incorporate into their new models. A joint venture between both would be ideal.
If Steve can sign a deal with an Insurance Company or a car manufacturer or an investor that would be a real game changer for ONCI.
I think we can agree that a deal with the "first one" will beget more deals and force everyone to adopt DD APPs. We should know SOON - one way or the other.
