DECN always decides to just settle and make up numbers to inflate its “IP portfolio” with?
If there is a point to be made here, I'd like to read it. IMO this is just more Berman and DECN bashing.
In my book, and I had been a senior manager at a pharma company for decades, a win is a win. A gain is a gain. You take what you earn from the other side. Sometimes its great, sometimes its not as great. But a win is still a win.
If you can do better, contact the BOD and get Mr. Berman replaced. Just hating him will not accomplish that, IMO.
