has to be SEPT IF IF IF Henry has the goods because with the
APR Divvy date of SEPT 30 Henry will have to make a decision
to honor it or delay it again before Sept 30.
So APR divvy date forces Henry to lay his cards on the table
in SEPT.
IF Henry has the goods for LUX FUNDS release then NO Delay
and we should see a 'quiet' BUYBACK begin in SEPT.
IF Henry fails again to deliver then Nothing happens and
as we get close to end of SEPT Henry will announce
delaying the APR divvy yet again.
This time I think TIME is on our side as TIME has given Henry
the means to work thru the LUX GOV bureaucracy and get
the LUX FUNDS released. fingers crossed.
