We will see LW, I have posted the info in the past, and the vote has always been to approve. You have been in the minority, will the now $1.5M package be enough to push you to the majority. We will see. I am fine with whatever the shareholders decide.
Example, you posted similar back in April, here is my post below making sure shareholders were aware. It passed 136M for 36M against.

Yes that is proposal 2. Here are the details. All shareholders get to have their voices heard one way or another now. If it passes, I don't want to hear any complaining afterwards because we all have had our say!
