they do need brett bc he has a poison pill -thus they cant go around the company in a hostile takeover
its up to nnlx which funding method nnlx uses and who nnlx chooses as an investor-it is nnlx who has the technology -therefore nnlx is in control determining their own destiny
if nnlx was a fly by night company willing for a quick buyout they wouldnt have been here all these years
after all the work time and money nnlx has invested over the years,they are not going to immediately cave as some infer
