Aside from NP's bonus which everyone has the right to raise their voice and seems to be the subject of the day, is there a reason for this meeting to be on Sept. 12th?

Could it be as they want to have a list of announcements, to make prior the meeting? If people think that way, I expect some uptrend correction to the share price, prior to meeting.
