If the product works and can take a chunk of a $20 billion dollar market then you can have a deal in a timely manner imo.
It would not be the deal mentioned but it would be a purchase. The potential buyer will not need Bret to bring it to market.
This is and always has been, a patent play.
I think that is why it has been sitting here for the past 8 years or so.
