I'm confused, didn't ACS agree to pay $9M for the patent, payable whenever? And, if that's the case, then the number of ACS resellers and their amounts of business won't affect SFOR, right?
Isn't that why Bo Dietl was bragging on the radio (link was previously posted here) about how software is so great because that's all he paid and then it's all profit?
