Yeah SIGN has bids building and the momentum is turning north. I believe once it breaks thru .58-.64 cent barrier this will move right on up to $1.50 - $2.00 range quickly.
They are working directly with the best Universities in Florida to acquire rights to their patents in the Graphene, Medical and Technology Fields.
This is important to remember. The company has never done any Reverse Splits. The company has never changed owners. Has had the same symbol since day 1. The stock was at $11.00 with close to the same share count years ago The share count has barely ever increased in over 12 yrs.
