Another graph of SFOR revenues since 2017. This one with more details. Things have changed. Revenue is moving up!
Here you can see that there is a baseline of about 60k in revenues per quarter in 2017 and 2018. There is also work being done related to the SFOR March 19 press release. Thankfully IMO we can take an educated guess of how the $350k localization work is being paid. When I interpret the March 19 press release alongside a statement in the Q2 about 280k being received in the first half of 2019 from channel partner CSI (ACS), it appears to me that SFOR is being paid 70k a month from them for development work. I believe that it started in March (Q1) with 70k, and then they received another 3 payments in Q2 totalling 210k.
IMO after considering these revenue components above it looks to me like there is also approximately 37k in revenues in the Q2 report from something else that started in Q2. I don't think it was a normal variation in the baseline revenues.
