I don't see there being much of a bidding war, as Cydy either needs the money or they don't, and they're clearly desperate, with a likely approval for combo. Though they will never make it without enough money necessary for proper marketing and hiring drug reps, which is a costly venture for a company without any current income. Though, I do believe Cydy has a potential future value far greater, the fact is, more expeditious initial input of revenue would allow them to grow at a faster rate than if they were to attempt to grow organically. I think by licensing for combo only, it would give Cydy a greater ability to grow in other areas of interest.
