ISW - I always agree with Trding , as I said many times in the past he is a genius...)

Saying that , those monthly IM shots what I think are more painful than average
( average patients don't discontinue treatment..IMO )

--and yes , even with Insulin sometimes injected couple times a day SC , I didn't meet any negative complains...so once a week I believe will be easy , especially when one don't need to schedule to see every month doctor or nurse to do those painful injections ...

Combo will be approve , will it be approve end of this year , or beginning of next ... but there is no reason not to be approve ...!!!

Monotherapy looking at over 500 patients in the study so far .. I believe , they want pivotal only for a dose , otherwise it will be approve after the study ...

But I can tell you that this medicine makes me very excited...
